In New York,
Concrete jungle where dreams are made of,
There’s nothing you can’t do,
Now you’re in New York,
these streets will make you feel brand new,
the lights will inspire you,
lets here it for New York, New York, New York
OH MY WORD. Where to start. This summer I turned 40. Yes. I said 40. To celebrate in style I headed to the Big Apple with 4 of my besties and had the time of my life. As I walked and explored this city something amazing happened. I. Fell. In. LOVE. Total love…dreamy smooch disgustingly gooshy sweet love…. The kind of love where I miss you so much I can’t stand to get back to you kind of love. I love NYC. In fact, I loved it SO much that I am taking my sweet hubby back for a long weekend in January. Yes. I know it will be cold. I am already looking forward to it…. I feel like it’s MY city. I think I need to move there…
I took 1,534,879 pictures while I was there… Instead of boring you with the enormity of them all I’m gonna share just my FEW favorites… Sit down, and get a cup of Joe. You may still be here tomorrow!

Saw Remy from the Guiding Light on my way out of the hotel…. Great ending to a great trip.
SO…. Only 3 months and 17 days until I’m there again. But who’s counting? If you made it to the end of this post leave a comment, and I’ll send you a hundred bucks (just kidding). I know it was LONG… Thanks for going back to NYC with me.
Love and hugs,

What a fun trip! My daughter is planning a trip for Thanksgiving. Our friend is from NY and her parents and family still live there. So, my daughter likes to tag along when they go home to visit. ONE DAY I will make that trip with them to see our NY Grandma, too!
It was good to "see" Natalie again!
